TP4056 USB 5 В 1A модуль защиты и контроля для 1S литий ионного аккумулятора

Этот модуль способен заряжать одиночный аккумулятор или сборку аккумуляторов 1S током до 1 А и обеспечивать его защиту от переРАЗРЯДа ниже 3,0 В и переЗАРЯДа выше 4,28 В. Ток заряда может регулироваться резистором R3. Защита от перегрузки по отдаваемому току 3 А. Защита от перегрева модуля во время заряда обеспечивается термодатчиком внутри микросхемы TP4056. При избыточном нагреве уменьшается зарядный ток вплоть до полного прекращения заряда при температуре + 85 °С.


Входное напряжение с источника питания может быть в пределах 4,5-8,0 В. При напряжении питания более 5 В микросхема TP4056 начинает больше греться. Это связано с тем, что она работает в линейном режиме и излишки напряжения в ней выделяются в виде тепла. Также нагрев пропорционален току, которым она заряжает аккумулятор.


Индикация режимов работы покажет миганием одного светодиода, когда идет процесс заряда и непрерывным свечением второго, когда заряд завершен.


Три варианта входных разьемов для подключения зарядного устройства — micro USB/mini usb/type-c usb.
Рабочая температура: от-10 ° до + 85 °.

TP4056 модуль схема подключения

Модуль способен начать процесс заряда даже глубоко разряженного аккумулятора, что отказывается делать большинство зарядных устройств. Они просто не могут правильно распознать такой аккумулятор. TP4056 модуль, в свою очередь прекрасно справляется с этой задачей. Заряд начинается с малых токов порядка двух-трех десятков мА. Подняв таким образом напряжение на аккумуляторе до 2,8 В запускается обычный режим заряда с током установленным резистором R3.

На основе этого модуля можно сделать зарядное устройство. Заменив резистор R3 на переменный или подстроечный получится оперативно выставлять нужный зарядный ток.
